On our ChatDBA platform, you can modify your personal information. (such as avatar settings, user nickname settings, language settings, and other personalized operations).
You can choose your favorite image as your personal avatar (here we support uploading image formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG).
Click on the default avatar position in the bottom right corner and click the settings button.
Click on the default avatar location to upload the avatar file, and finally click save.
You can set a personalized nickname for yourself.
Note: Your nickname cannot exceed 25 characters in length.

Click on the username input box, delete the default username, fill in your personalized nickname, and click save.
You can set your preferred language, and during the Q&A process with ChatDBA, it can answer your questions based on your chosen preferred language. We support two ways to modify your preferred language here.
The first method: You can modify your preferred language on the main page.
The second method: You can change the user information in the bottom left corner of the settings.
Note: If you have already started one (or multiple) rounds of conversation, even if you have modified your preferred language through Method 2, ChatDBA's response to you in this conversation will not change to your newly set language. It will still reply to your question with the language settings of the original conversation. If you want your settings to take effect, you need to create a new conversation to interact with ChatDBA for Q&A.
If you accidentally forget your password, there is a risk of your password being leaked and you want to change your password. You can change your password at any time through the forget password function.
After clicking, you need to enter the email address of your login account, and then enter the password you want to change in the last two input boxes to ensure that the content in both input boxes is consistent.
Passwords must contain special characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers (at least eight characters are required)
Subsequently, you need to click the send verification code button, and we will send an email to your mailbox to confirm the password change. You need to fill in the verification code in the second input box, and finally click the modify button at the bottom to complete the password change operation.
Note: If the verification code is invalid, you can click on resend after 60 seconds!
In the dialogue history box on the left, there will be multiple dialogue records. For your convenience in managing these conversation records, we support renaming them.
Click on the 'More' button in the historical conversation for the dialog box you want to modify, then select 'Rename' to start renaming the conversation.
Note: The rename length cannot exceed 25 characters.
At the same time, in order to facilitate your management of historical conversations, we also support you to delete useless historical conversation records.
Click on the 'More' button in the history conversation that you want to delete, and then select 'Delete this conversation'.
During your interaction with ChatDBA, we also look forward to receiving your feedback, which will motivate us to provide you with better service in the future. We will carefully read every feedback and suggestion you provide to us. If your suggestions are genuine and effective, we will also prepare a mysterious gift for you.
